A new month and a time to start over, with everything. Sort out everything and declutter.
Time to get very strict on diet. Gluten free, with low carb and low calories, thank you.
Target daily carbs: < 70 g, optimal 30 - 50 g.
Target daily calories: approx. 1,500.
Target daily exercise: minimum 30 minutes.
This should be doable.
Am feeling old and fat and ugly.
Weight to lose: approx. 15 kg (33 lbs)
Target weight: 65 kg.
Target weight loss: 2 - 2.5 lbs / week.
Time frame: 15 weeks.
Approach: each day's weight must be same as or less than the previous day. If not, add 30 minutes of additional exercise.
