Oh the Belgian weather. It's a cold and rainy day. Would be ok, if we were February or something. But no... almost at the end of June and it feels like winter. Anyway, probably no running for me today. Too bad, since going for a run is my secret to not gaining too much weight on Sundays. Sunday traditionally is Fried Fries day at home, and I won't say no to them. Even if I'm on a diet. No sense in not eating them, since it wouldn't last. And like I said, as long if you compensate by doing some sports and only eat them once a week, there's no harm (also no benefit of course), at least if you keep the portions small.
The good news is, I weighed 80.1 kg this morning. My weight in the morning, before having breakfast, is what I consider my real weight. Yesterday I had to weigh myself in the afternoon. You see the difference? Almost 2 kg! This is pure weight due to clothing, no excess of fluids, no food in your stomac. So this weight loss is nothing to feel really good about. But still... For me it's important to always weigh in at the same moment of the day, it cancels out the outliers. Anyway, this weight would mean I already almost reached my goal for this week. Feels a bit stupid. So I'll see what my weight tomorrow is, and if it is still very close to 80 kg, I might set a new goal.
