Woke up with lower back pain.  It feels a lot like the pain I had last winter when my back seized into a strain and sent me to the ER.  I have taken a cyclobenzaprine and while it still causes discomfort, I can get around a bit better without worrying it's going to throw me to the ground in a shriveled ball.

I have to add that it's quite chilly out this morning.  Definitely a fall chill.  (which I suspect is the cause of this muscle cramping in my back)

It's just after noon and I spent some time outside (in the shade-about 1/2 hour).  I've noticed since I came back into the house that the lower-lit rooms appear foggy.  I noticed the other night when I was in my bedroom (only had tv on) that the room seemed foggy.  I didn't think of it as symptomatic until now.  Been doing a lot A LOT of research.  It's opened my eyes so much (although still foggy).

It's overcast today and has been since the early hours.  I woke up early but everything was tight and sore.  I spent a great deal of time in bed stretching the best I could but had little success in getting loosened up.  I took a muscle relaxer and a gabapentin and went back to sleep until early afternoon.  It's roughly 2:30pm and I've been up moving around, trying to stretch out and my neck is tight on the right side and will not crack.  I'd give anything for it to crack. It's causing sinus pain on the right side.
My eyes are a little sore but I think that's from having the windows open and the rise in humidity.  I'm never sure what's causing what.
I had to take my 50,000 IU of vitamin D today (my last ginormous dose) and hopefully that will help with the eye discomfort.  I've noticed that a dose will sometimes make me eyes feel rejuvenated.
Today, I continue waiting for a call from the neurologist concerning my MRIs.  Getting antsy.

Eyes

Eyes don't hurt but are achy, somewhat sore. Sort of the feeling you have once you wake up after sleeping way too long.

While I was sitting in the waiting room for an MRI yesterday, I found myself staring down the hallway and noticed that while looking at a door frame, it looked like I was looking at it through heat, meaning it was wavy.  Looking down at the floor, the design in the carpet seemed to "shimmer".

I had a brain MRI with and without contrast and a cervical spine MRI with and without contrast.  My first series of MRIs and soooo strange.  It actually felt like I could feel certain waves of the machine.
