Over the past couple of years, I've had recurring redness in my knees and feet. They turn red and hot to the touch. It covers the entire knee cap and my big toes and inside portion of the top of my feet. There is no pain, or any weird sensation, other than it feeling hot. This usually occurs in warm weather, when I am running around doing housework, or exercising at the gym. It also appears slightly when I get out of the shower - more of a blotchy appearance. And my water isn't too hot. Any ideas? It's not painful or especially worrisome to me, just embarrassing if they start turning red in public when I have shorts or a dress on.
