My multi-purpose center is having a christmas challenge. At stake is a chance at five free personal trainer sessions!
Day one hold a plank for one minute---hmm not bad
Day two same as day one and do two chin ups---okay now I know how to use the assisted chin-up machine!
Day three same as day two and do two dyna-band exercises---did I cheat by counting one of those as my bicep curls?---better do free weight curls too, don't want to annoy Santa!
Day four same as day two and eat in each of the four food groups....should have waited until after lunch to go to the fitness center, well I will have to make sure to have a milk with lunch.
So far so good only 8 days left.
