Exercise



Feeling a lot better mood wise today, than I have done in a while. It really must be down to getting some exercise and feeling better about myself. It's very relaxing and I like that. It helps that I've had the day off so when I thought I was working a double, to not working at all, does put a spring in your step for the day.

It's that time in the month now where we have ran out of money, luckily only a week to go, but that means it's going to be a lot of toasting, and a lack of calories. Not necessarily a bad thing though. Hopefully we get through fine, because we normally do :)

Tea's slowly becoming more of a remedy to me, because of the association of been curled up drinking something hot. It's like a comfort blanket to me atm. This is a comfort blanket I want to keep, while getting rid of the horrendous snacking.

I'm now determined to start exercising more, by doing random video's daily. I've got my journal here, and tracking everything so keeps me more likely to watch what I'm doing. And I'm writing in my diary in advance what i'm doing every day, for up to 2 weeks, so hopefully this will help me manage my time, and make my days more fulfilling.
