Diagnosis placed on medical file. Referred to specialist and pain clinic. I had to point it out to her but she accepted that I was right which helps her as well. Not all GP's are knowledgable about Hepc and the fibro connection, why should they...the government doesn't want to acknowledge the wider issue of disability, especially if the medical profession has caused your condition.

What a day....

Doctors today to update my records as I have ATOS appt next week to assess me for Work Capability.
What a joke...two operations in as many months and possibly a third as my joints continue to cause problems. At least my GP. has taken on board my Post Interferon Syndrome and she understands the immunological affects of the treatment...and supports my lack of ability to work full time anymore.

I mean....I did food shop, got coal and wood for the burner, paid some bills, drove home, emptied the car, got in, made a cuppa and had to rest...slept for 3 hours...what employer is going to understand that? And that is a normal day....LOL..maybe the assessors should spend 24 hours with you so they can actually see it is.

for those in the U.S.: ATOS is an contracted agency that assesses your disability for benefits...
