trying to think of exercises i could add to my circuit training to help decease my waist and to increase my time and total calories burned. I can't get up off the floor yet due to my hip so i am limited amy sugeestions?
Pinch hip yesterday, alot of pain. (is my new joint hip). I have been doing 20-30 minutes of exercise given by PT for my specific problems 2x a day. do not know how to put on tracker.
