Another new size!

I dared try on a size 10 pants.  They fit!!  Jeans still a 12, but I'll get there. Heart pills seem to be working...no further chest pain. Finally being weaned off Lovenox shots to Coumadin pills. Yes!  I'm feeling so much better in so many ways!

Just ecstatic to be a size 12!  This now keeps me motivated to keep going. Everyone notices and says I've lost enough.  Not quite.

Cardiologist says I have prinzemetals angina--a variable angina caused by coronary artery spasms. Put on calcium channel blocker to open up blood vessels more. Still use Nitro for sudden pain. Weight about 180.

Angiogram

My 5th hospitalization since Sept. They weren't sure if it was angina again or another embolism. Frustrating. (still on Lovenox injections twice a day)  Angiogram done--NO blockage!  Cardiologist covering said there is nothing wrong with my heart...do not take nitro...do NOT come to ER with chest pain again. Idiot.
Sticking with my commitment to lose weight--now allowing occasional dark chocolate, not strictly on same diet, but watching portions, stopping when full, checking weight daily.
