Over the past week, my weight has slowly climbed by 3 lbs. This is SO discouraging, but at least I know how to stop it! I have been using a great website that allows me to put in all the food I eat during the day. It gives immediate feedback to help me adjust my calorie intake and exercise. Sadly, I followed its advice to "safely lose 2 lbs a week" and this resulted in the 3 lb gain! So .. back to the number of calories *I* believe I need to lose!
