Today is my free day to eat whatever I want. I had oatmeal for b-fast and it was amazing. Sarnac Root Beer, Wegmans Sub (the entire thing) and Potato Chips for lunch. A Yoohoo and Lindt Ball for Snacks. What a porker.
Today I ate well and exercised. I walked 3.3 miles in 51 minutes. My average heart rate was 117. I burned about 940 calories. I just need to get in the habit of walking every night instead of eating.
