Using this tracker is already helping me to see that I need to make some changes. I haven't paid much attention to when or how I sleep. I just know I wasn't sleeping well.
I am going to set the following goals for myself. I want to be in bed by 11:00 PM and awake by 7:00 AM. Given how irregularly I've been sleeping, it may take some practice to get used to this, but I think if I can count on making an appointment with myself for sleeping, that I might begin to trust that I will get some sleep.
