Day 3 - The "off" day

i decided to make the wednesday to the day off in the week, since i got so much to do on wednesdays... however wednesdays my boyfriend has his kids over, so i still will go to the gym for an hour. so i didn't get to go to the gym, i had to work overtime.

for the food, i had cereal for breakfast for lunch some toast and a ton of apples, i try to take it easy during the day, since i know my boyfriend cooks good, and what TASTES good, can't BE good lol... well anyways, for dinner we'll have pork chops and some stuffing, i'll probably have some yogurt again tho :)

till tomorrow, cross fingers for me :)

today, even tho my legs hurt like hell, i pulled through "phase 1", sadly with a couple of interruptions, but i had time this morning for a little gym, so i went on the tread mill and did a couple reps on 2 different weights, for my belly and for the thighs (since those are 2 main parts on my body i can't stand)

for breakfast i had cereal and a banana, then some pasta for lunch (but one of those in a cup that you heat up in the microwave, so i know exactly how much, and it was only 200 cl worth so very little) i also had some prezels, for dinner my boyfriend made grilled chicken and rice and some yogurt

i do feel guilty about the food, even tho it doesn't sound that bad

ok, so i think this is like the 3rd or even the 4th time im about to start this work out, i hope this time i can reach the end and honestly say "i did it" :) so keep me encouraged, please :)

day 1, i had some toast for lunch and dinner, some yogurt and a whole bunch of fruits

i was trying to go to the gym, but work related things kept me from doing so, i did however the "phase 1"

instead of just doing the cardio on the mashines at the gym, i do more weight lifting there, and well, my A*$ hurts ;P so i guess its working? i just gotta keep it up and do the same thing all over again the next day :)
