So I bought a new scale finally and of course the old scale like I suspected didn't work right, but sadly for me in the wrong direction, so I am heavier then I thought... and all that running, weight training and walking everywhere doesn't seem to help much on the inches :( this just f-ing sux!!! anyways, I'm about to order from Nutrisystem, it worked last year, but I screwed it up last year, this year I will stick to it and work out like crazy and cross fingers I will lose this weight soon... just a little would make me a lot happier, but nothing at all??? :(

hmm, idk anymore its pissing me off slowly that nothing seems to change, i feel like im getting stronger after the last 2 weeks, im just not getting any smaller :(

I dont really understand how I can run for an hour, run off 900 calories, then the next day run off 500 calories in 45 minutes for 5 days and still not lose more then a pound, its stupid... with the weight training and the cardio and the little food I eat its a mystery to me, maybe my scale is broken? its old and was REALLY cheap... well lets see how week 2 works out for me...

I am trying again, going to the gym everyday now, eating a nice lunch and very light dinner to even no dinner, I am trying to lose maybe 2.5 pounds a week? let's see if that works till my birthday/graduation in may :)
