Well, here I am a few weeks in. Enjoying the exercise - I've got to the stage where I'm looking forward to my next swim, class etc. Not sure if I will go back to 'working out' in the gym (it's a good few months since i did that) it seems less fulfilling than the classes and the swimming. My muscles are still a wee bit sore from the Pilates on Wednesday. No pain no gain? I think I will have to try to fit that class in every week! Feeling a lot healthier, but sleep is messed up, hopefully it will settle down as I get used to the new me!!
