lots of racing thoughts lately. so many things I want to do but having a hard time concentrating enough to do it.

running is going well, can go 60-75 min w/o stopping.

want to continue working on my running, and try to lose weight. not super overweight but I don't look how I used to and how I want to and my last relationship hurt my self esteem a lot re: my appearance. I want to look the way I want to look and be careful re: nutrition and portion control.

also need to job hunt and look into school application

and write!!!! attention span is crappy and makes that hard but I need to make myself do it anyway.

wrote part of a book review today and need to keep up putting time and focus into my writing

i got so much done today! i don't think i'm even hypomanic or especially focused, i just feel committed to working on creative projects. i polished up the first few pages of a story, wrote a poem, and edited a new draft of an intense older poem i wrote a couple years ago. glad to be moving forward and making progress on things i care about. i even did my laundry!

i've been really happy and energized for the last two weeks. it's a nice change from the usual lack of motivation.

depression and family stuff

i felt pretty empty and hopeless for about two weeks, but starting to come out of it. but now as soon as i start feeling better, my family life gets all messed up. my mom is having an episode (i don't know what, exactly... paranoid and kind of manic) and yelling at me for not driving to the store to get food (i don't have a liscense). she also wouldn't stop talking about the suicide rates of different professions, and about how i should move in with one of my classmates, who i don't even really get along with.

so annoyed.
