Social function at Bull Roast. I danced a slow dance it pulled at my thighs and was getting bad but the song ended and it kind of started the flow of increasing pain. Took a pain pill and anexity pill before attending social function.  Bad painc and anexity attack prior to attending. Used breathing tech. and man w/no limbs to keep me focused in order to attend. almost did not go but foreced myself to try it. Drove myself so if I had a painc or anexity attack I could leave.  I lasted through it all.

A very good day. I did not have to take any pain pills during the day and felt normal and a little hyper but it felt good to feel normal and good for a change. This is day 3 of feeling better.

Feeling okay today which is day 3, I cleaned house while waiting for the cable guy and got is all done before it got here except finishing the laundry. I was excited about getting cable TV and also stressed that the bill is going to be higher. Ready for nap but cable guy was not finished. I rested and watched about 2 1/2 movies. Remote control is to hi tech for me to understand how to work it fully (frustrated)

Eye Strain

I was feeling okay today. I have 1-3 good days a week.  I was able to cut the grass.  Got sick at the end of cutting and had to place a cold rag on my head and neck and splash water of my face to get my body temperature down enough so that they fentanyl would stop releasing to fast. I was on the computer and it was acting up and was very frustrated and it tired me out and may me feel wired out from being on it..possibly the glare and eye strain I could not handle for very long
