When I am sick it is closer??

OK as soon as I started feeling better after being sick for about 10 days my blood sugar drops back down. As soon as I resume normal activity.

It doesn't seem to matter if I up the level before excercise or normal activity and I eat as the meal plan suggests it still falls.

I am also sick of the weight issues, excercise, but still gain and lose weight. It seems like the same couple of pounds up and down, up and down almost daily lately and it's driving me nuts.

I'm trying so hard, no better then that I have always been active and now even more so, but my body is not responding.

I'm beginning to notice when I will be hypoglycemic even before it happens. I start to have really bad uncontrollable cravings for candy. I even catch myself saying I want candy. This is like a monster inside me controlling me when it happens and is why I don't keep sugar or treats in the house, because at those hypoglycemic times I can not stop myself. I will eat it and I will eat too much and then of course I feel sick both from being too high and from eating too much. FYI- My reading wont even be low, but within 20 minutes of having this monster craving for candy it drops to hypoglycemic levels. I bought fast acting glucose pills and take one when I notice this. I recheck in 10 minutes and if it is still low I eat according to what the level is. The glucose bottle is right, they are very fast, but I got a flavor I don't like, because I was the little girl who if left by myself ate too many of the flintstone chewable vitamins when I was little, lol

Busy Day

I want to mention I have been sick and not moving much for the last week. I was excited and hoping I had gotten my sugar levels closer, but then felt better and got back to my normal hyper self and noticed there is a confirmed consistency in low's when I even go general exertion. Example we've been putting up a fence and I really didn't do that much today, but I stood holding an shade umbrella and even after eating my snacks and food still got 95. Well I also did laundry that day too which is down 2 flights of stairs and back up. I do try to up my numbers to stay from getting too low, but it rarely works.

6am Snack Red Beat Egg

Switched mid morning snack with breakfast, because I can not eat early am, so when I wake up between 4am to 6 am each morning I have the snack, then have the breakfast mid morning. This is hard I don't usually eat this way or this much, but doctors told me to try this to help my lows, so I am.

Just looked up red beet eggs nutrition and realized not such a good choice, but since I don't normally eat them it's not a problem. I only bought 4 and I just wont buy anymore I guess.
