Starting Over

So I've been unhappy for awhile now. I'm active and doing well in school so I should be happy, however, I'm about 18 pounds over were I want to be. So, I'm resuming EDNOS.
Today I had around 900 calories and I'm going to go run for 30 minutes(400 calories) and do some weights exercises.
Tomorrow I'm planning on fasting. I may have to eat a little though because I am going out with friends. : /
My goals:
110 pounds
24 inch waist
34 inch hips

I feel so disgusting. Here I am weighing in at a whopping 130 pounds while Jessie is losing weight and looking amazing. It drives me crazy because here I am working out and going running so I can be on the cross counrty team in August and I'm gaining weight!! Plus, it doesn't help that I'm starting to feel guilty again after I eat....in all likelyhood I may resort to eating under 1000 calories a day. That way I can have a lite breakfast and lunch and I can eat a normal dinner so my parents won't suspect a thing. On that note...I may start tomorrow. Now to figure out what to eat.
Possible meal plan:
Breakfast: Instant Flax Plus Oatmeal probably will a tsp of brown sugar so 225
Lunch: Salmon burger minus bun 200
Dinner: Whatever my parents cook, probably will be around 500 calories, but I'll estimate it at that
So approximately 925 assuming dinner in close to 500 calories.
Alrighty well I'll update what I ate tomorrow.
