I'm not too sure how this is going to go. I have commited to loosing 100 lbs in a year. The first 5 days will be a juice fast to jumpstart myself. After that it will mostly be watching calories, eating healthy, and eating less. I'm guessing that I was downing as much as 4,000 to 5,000 colories a day. Not good! Mostly sugary and processed foods. Can I keep it going? Time will tell.
