My First Weekend- My Schedule and Goals

I enjoyed my weekend by working out with 30 minutes of Zumba and 30 minutes of yoga. I spent  most of my time coming up with a schedule that works best for me!
     Mon: 30-60 minutes of Zumba
             30 minutes of walking
     Tue: My Choice (Zumba, Yoga, Wii Fit, Gym, or Walking)
     Wed: 60 minutes Yoga
              30 minutes of walking
      Thurs: Zumba
      Fri: My Choice (Zumba, Yoga, Wii Fit, Gym or Walking)
            30 minutes of walking
      Sat: 30- 60 minutes of Zumba
      Sun: Yoga
          *Three free days a month to skip working out

I also lined out my goals.
      >Drink 1 bottle of water a day (16 oz)
      >2 small meals and 1 large meal
      >Lots of Veggies
      >Loose 8 pounds per month (2 per week)
      >Work out a least 30 minutes a day.
      >Try hard but understand that you can make mistakes!

     For my first month of working out, I hope to test this schedule out. I have had problems with motivation in the past. However, this year I will become a healthier person both spiritually and physically! I hope to do this through yoga and Zumba. I officially started yesterday (Saturday) and I have a full year to transform my entire way of living.

I can't wait to reach my goals!
