Went to the pool yesterday to exercise; was in great pain afterwards. I exercise in deep water with drag gear. I have been doing this since June 2009. Starting in march 2013 I began using formats from DVDs created by fitness experts one of whom was parallelized on one side from a car accident. The exercises are very comprehensive and done in conjunction with a physical therapist. I use these exercises to for cardio, muscle endurance and strength, coordination, core strength balance and speed. Because I cannot walk, stand or sit I feel it necessary to be active in some way.
When I returned home I used cold packs to help with the pain. The pain was bad which is not always true. I am going to begin working in a pool with physical therapist who specializes in in aquatics. I am hoping to determine what I do to cause pain when working out in water and hopefully sped sign a program that will help my back.
At 3 am I tool 30 mg of Opana after trying some heat earlier. This decreased the pain significantly.
