Yesterday we had a huge high school graduation party for my daughter. At one point about 75 people were there -- 30 of them were teens. All went very well the entire day -- food, laughter, music and NO RAIN .. which was the most important ingredient.
Then after everybody left, as I was cleaning up I found a few pills on the wicker chair in my 3 season room. No name imprinted on this unfamiliar looking pill. It was amber color with some #'s on them. "Wonderful *sigh*", I thought to myself ---- what are these pills and who had them and how did they get here --
As a parent, your mind races all over when you find something like this in your home. Then immediately I thougt of our brand new PILL IDENTIFIER.
I turned on my PC and clicked on Health Topics and then Drugs and there was the Pill Identifier on the right hand side.
With only the basic info (color and markings on the pill) within seconds the med came up and it was a relief.
It was merey generic store-bought ibuprofen (like Motrin) made by a large retail phamacy.
Thank you MedHelp for making my day brighter without having to start asking questions -- obviously somebody had a headache and they fell out of their pocket .. not a big deal at all and boy was I relieved of any stress as soon as the results came up on the Pill Identifier.
Moral of the story .. if you think you may never have a need for this tool ... think again ....I did!!!
