keep in mind I am still gathering: I haven't started taking anything yet.

I bought HCG from:
paid $128.00 with shipping for 4 viles of HCG (60 day supply) it had a 2 1/2 weeks lead time

I bought from a vitamin store: estimated total (together) was $31.00
Colloidal silver (organic) , ener-b shot (b-12 in liquid form) (5000mcg) and a food scale.

If you are going to do sublingual you will need a vile for mixing and storing your batch and plastic baby syringes that you can get for free at any pharmacy.

I have done a ton of research, through internet sites and forums and youtube, and myspace sites.
I have printed, read, highlighted and discussed Dr. Simeons protocol manuscript “pounds and inches” (you can find this online for free) I got mine at

Some of the ladies who have done this have been taking birth control, which I assume is progesterone, and they have lost weight without a problem. I LOVE THIS DIET!!! That's because it's the last diet you'll ever have to do! While I believe it is imperative to NEVER CHEAT on this diet, my very firm conviction is that the last 3 days of phase 2 - that is when you are still on the diet but going off the hcg after losing weight - are THE MOST IMPORTANT days to take seriously!!! Watch what you eat meticulously on those days. Also, that to optimally maintain the weight lost, eat a goodly amount of protein on phase 3 - esp at the beginning! Hope this helps!!

Sample Diet
Drink lots of water (at least 2 liters)
First 2 days on the drops eat LOTS of fattening food! This is very important to jump start the metabolism and sets the level of the HCG. Eat all day!!!!
Take HCG drops for 23 days, then no drops for the last three days, but continue to diet until all HCG is flushed from your system until you reach day 26.

Tea or coffee in any quantity without sugar. Only one tablespoonful of milk is allowed in 24 hours. Saccharin or Stevia may be used.

2. VEGETABLE: choose one of the following- spinach, asparagus, cabbage, green salad, tomatoes, celery, fennel, onions (all kinds), chicory, beet-greens, red radishes, cucumbers or chard.
3. One breadstick (grissino) or one Melba toast.
4. An APPLE or a handful (6-9) of STRAWBERRIES or one-half GRAPEFRUIT, ORANGE * (you may have your fruit with your breakfast or as a snack) you get 2 a day and can eat them when you want to.

Dinner :
The same choices as lunch.
Tea, Coffee, plain water or mineral water are the allowed and they may be taken in any quantity and at all times. The juice of one lemon daily is allowed for all purposes. Salt (minimal), pepper, vinegar, mustard powder, garlic, sweet basil, parsley, thyme, marjoram, etc., may be used for seasoning. But NO OIL, BUTTER or DRESSING.

I have a question that I cannot seem to find the answer to.  I do sublingual drops started out at 7 then went to 10 and I am still fatigued.  Also I am on day 8 now and not sure what phase I am in, I am still eating 500 calories a day.. do you know when I should start adding more protein etc... help... I want to cry..  Thx    Sherry..

I appreciate that you're going about this in a very exploratory method, but your research seemed to lack the most important part: clinical studies on the drug's effectiveness. In looking into doing this myself, I looked up the medical research on the subject (which is very easy to do...) and numerous clinical, double-blind trials prove that hCG has no more of an improved weight loss result than placebo. In other words, it's not the hCG, it's the diet. Further, there was no comparable difference in fat loss between hCG and placebo, and no comparable difference in feeling hungry between hCG and placebo. Listen, I value the idea of finding a great method that works, and understand and even agree with the idea that there may be some conspiracy or something preventing real weight loss drugs or methods being approved by the government, but it only takes a little bit to do the research yourself. Stop wasting money on the hCG and just go on the caloric restriction diet (taking vitamin supplements along with, of course). And of course, I'll finish with some links to the actual testing data:
