Sheesh who ever thought gaining weight would be so hard. I have always struggled with losing it. Now its like stuffing myself all day long just to get enough calories to stay at a low weight. Will try to use this tracker to keep better handle on my calories. Not eating junk food is good but it means mass quantities of food to keep up. No sugar, dairy, wheat, soy blah blah is healthy but hard!
Have added a protein supplement to help my adrenals recover. Getting tested for adrenal function and thyroid. maybe can find the answer to gain some weight and get some energy back.
