For last week I've been feeling really sad and quitted my weigh loss program. After gaining that 3 pounds over night I was thinking I can't do it so I began to eat a lot and didn't workout. Now I decided to pull my self back together and start again. Not even again but continuing after a short break. This time I'm going on a bit more possible weight loss. I'm expecting to lose from 4 to 6 Ibs per month. Fingers crossed.
