I'm 18, and ever since I can remember I have always been 'the bigger bestfriend'. I have always been the biggest in my family. I played soccer year round, but I was always thick. When I went for my check up at my doctor's office and got on the scale, NY mouth dropped. I an considered Morbidly Obese. I want to change my lifestyle and eat right but it is so hard when all my mom does is eat out and doesn buy healthy food! I want to better my life so I don't get diabetes or have medical problems in the future. I want to lose weight for me, and my health. I already do at least 40 minutes of cardio a day 6 days a week. By November I want to lose about 40 pounds- so about 2 pounds a week.

You have to give up the SIMPLE carbs!! Be careful with the fruits as they contain sugars. You must think like a caveman/woman! They ate meat, fish, fowl, when they came across a fruit or vegetable they ate it! They didn't plant fruits and vegetables they didn't bake bread or cakes try the following!! You MUST make up your mind to do it!! I know you can do this and keep me posted!
