so since becoming pregnancy I haven't been able to eat that much because i have been having really bad morning sickness. My doctor recommended that i start eating foods rich in fiber ( TMI but alot of woman get constipated during pregnancy and fiber is suppose to help).. so i bought some fiber one cereal and fiber one yogurt... I do not like the cereal it takes icky but the yogurt is wonderful! It comes in a variety of flavors and they are soo yummy and i find that adding one of those yogurts to my meal helps to keep me full. and i can actually keep it down and it also helps with my constipation..
