I'm dropping weight the healthy way taking more vegetables in my diet ,no sugar drinks or added sugar foods,exercising 3 hours a day in different sessions.I do High impact dance aerobics everyday! I've dropped 10 pounds in 4 weeks and this week I've lost another 4 pounds.I'm excited to be at my goal weight pretty soon!!A new confident me!
