My failure's due to not even trying to do anything to lose weight! Imagined it would go of its own accord it I kept active. That's a myth. Only way to lose weight is not to eat more than needed ~ but the temptation's irresistable. Must re-motivate myself ~ don't like failing at anything ~ so will make an effort. Still got time to get there. Nil desperandum!
