In February, I shared some links with MedHelp visitors about the Gardisil vaccine. Now, six months later, I'd like to share another: http://bit.ly/Gardisil

"Dr. Diane Harper helped design and carry out the Phase II and Phase III safety and effectiveness studies to get Gardasil approved, and has authored many of the published papers about it. She's been a paid speaker and consultant to Merck... so it’s highly unusual for a researcher to publicly criticize a medicine or vaccine she helped get approved."

"Dr. Harper joins a number of consumer watchdogs, vaccine safety advocates, and parents who question the vaccine’s risk-versus-benefit profile. She says data available for Gardasil shows that it lasts five years; there is no data showing that it remains effective beyond five years."

Are there any follow up studies planned to test the efficacy of the vaccine past five years, and whether or not a booster shot administered at that mark will ensure continued protection? Thx

I'd like to know that as well...I have a 10 year old daughter that I plan on having vaccinated with the Gardisil shot. If it's only effective for 5 years, is it recommended to have another shot after that?

Not one child should lose there life for something like Guardasil. I am highly suspicious of any "vaccine" that is introduced to any "specific group"..........It's wrong in my personal opinion. Trust me. We will be hearing and reading about Guardasil's aftermath sometime down the road. I'd bet my bank account on it.

It is a choice. but is it the right choice?

Every year with vaccine-time for schools fast-approaching, we talk about this optional vaccine and every year we (joint decision among myself, husband & our teens) decide against it. This article has very interesting content.

We need to do our own research and find out the results instead of believing what the government wants us to believe. It is not a route I will be going.

I would check out how many people have died from the vaccines, and from a website other than one that is planted by the government.

What's interesting in this article is that it talks about the death rate being calculated on the # of vaccines distributed .. not necessarily injected ... so it may be higher since many of the doses may still be sitting on pharmacy shelves! I think that's how I interpret the article above .... which is very concerning.

I was not impressed with the vaccine from the get go. It's not good in my opinion. The FDA has no data proving this is a safe drug. It's new for heaven's sake and they praise "safety" for it.

Artifical estrogen whether traditional BC or this - has it's warnings. Its clear with credible data that synthetic estrogen is BAD news. A field for self - induced cancer taking this type of stuff into our bodies.

This is not politically correct for this doctor to be on the band wagon of the FDA. She a double dipper with her career and should be erased.

To think.... reliable thyroid medication, like desiccated thyroid hormone - which has over 100 years of proven effectiveness is under such beatings with the FDA right now.

HOW - communist to allow something like this with no credible research and push it on our young society so they can fall ill with no help.

Simply - this is outrangous!!!!!!
