Got finals coming and I'm having rapid fire panic attacks today. Earlier, I thought I was having a nervous breakdown, but after a few minutes I calmed down and that is when I realized it was a panic attack. I'm getting so aggravated so easily. I hate this because I tend to yell at the kids and then I feel bad. I hate it. I am still a little shaky but in a little while I will talk to the kids and explain what is wrong.
