Have had sinus congestion and drainage for the last week plus. Visiting Randy in Pensacola has cheered me up and I saw the dr. so I have some better meds to take, but still not feeling much better. I still have a tickle in the back of my throat that makes me cough alot. This morning the drainage down my throat triggered me gag reflex (I think?) and I ended up throwing up every thing I had eaten for breakfast. Walked with the kids and in-laws down to the beach and it isn't far but got a "stitch" in my side just from the short walk. The rest of the day has been better so far but the next time we had sex I am alot more tender.
