And back down again...thank goodness

My weight is still yo-yo-ing. I need to drink a lot more water. I also need to exercise...haven't been doing that lately, so I'm going to walk to my husband's workplace and have lunch with him today. I'm also going to do a workout video of some sort when I get back from all the stuff I want to get done today. I wanna go back to bed, though. SOOOO tired....
