So, I found this place last night while I was searching for something else and decided to look into it further. It seems as though there is quite a bit of info all in this one spot about a lot of the things I deal with daily, so thats a good thing.  I have set up some "trackers" to kind of keep progress of things because if anyone knows me, they know I have HUGE issues with follow through. Not because I don't care but because I just forget, or get sidetracked or there is always something.

So far the only tracker of the 3 that I have tried to set up that seems to work properly is the food journal. I set one up for myself and then one for my daughter which I am sure will be delighted to join as soon as she sees how much this site has to offer (she might even get her boyfriend to join for the food tracker). She suffers from her own set of issues and I think having some answers and info at her fingertips might be reassuring and the possibility of gaining a support group consisting of more people than her mom and boyfriend might be enticing.

So far I have only experienced at most 1% of what this site has to offer, so I will reserve judgement for another day but so far so good except the mood & pain trackers which after customizing them didn't seem to have ANY of the customizations to choose from which was more than a little annoying. At least for someone suffering from anxiety issues that cause me to need things a certain way, a form of OCD I suspect (no clinical diagnosis of that yet though).

I think I will even add this to my group of home pages so it is always there for me to check in and access...and of course keep on top of updating all my trackers if i can get them to work properly!!  This is me signing off for now...

Peace Love and Happiness ~

Nan
