Well guys, I have set a new goal. On October 17th, 2010 I will be running my first half marathon. I ran my first 5K on August 1st of 2009, and plan to move up 10 miles between now and next october! To make sure I am in great shape and running at a great pace, I am going to complete 9 weeks of 5K training before starting 12-18 weeks of half marathon training. My final goal will be to run a full marathon the following year :-) I am ready for this journey, even though it is going to be a very hard challenge. I know I can do it :-) Also, goal is to finish in under 2 hrs.
