If having failed twice to attain weight loss goal I'm going to try yet again. To make it easier I've given myself a long time to lose it, & have lowered the goal somewhat. As my mood mode's excellent it's not something that's causing me concern, but failing's not good, no one sets out to fail. The festive season's a great excuse to let rip & forget restraint. But there's always a price to pay for pleasure, indulgence or whatever. The buzz I get from running's well worth the effort that I"ve got to put in to get it.Being lighter means I've less to run with. Thats what I'm going to use to motivate this time. Good Luck to those that have real problems weightwise.,I can always blame the meds.I'm on if I needed an excuse. The real truth's that I'm a pig & eat whatever comes my way. What's your excuse? Will be interested to learn how others find excuses.
