Like the rest of the world I have to make a resolution. I still have to lose weight. Thinking of the new slimming pill but in the mean time trying the 300,400,500 calorie day. It will fit in with my work and I can eat well in the evening. I also want to make sure that the exercise I take will be more consistent and tone me up. Problem with low thyroid and find it difficult to get the weight off and find motivation, but ho ho shall try my best. Will follow the weight loss programme on TV this week. Lets see what I can do.
