IM A LOSER!

so today at work we started a biggest loser Competition!!.... i wanna be the biggest loser!...we are also starting this tonight at school ( thats where i got the idea for work)......it will be fun $10 to start, $1 every week for the weigh in, $1 for every pound that you gain, and $1 if you miss a weigh in

we weighed int his morning at work 176 lbs!....in other words it said FAT!...hahahaha well its not too bad considering that im 5'8...just wanan lose that 15 lbs!!....

so wish me luck!.... IM GOING TO BE A LOSER!!!!.....hopefully the BIGGEST!......

Cor I wish you luck turkee, yes height does make a differnace it sounds a lot to smaller folks its not when you take that into consideration, I have put on a few pounds after years of being skinny, I like my face has filled out a bit folks used to say it was too thin ...but with me it all gathers around my waist ....yuck

You are not too bad according to the BMI calculator 15 pounds would put you well in the healthy category. I on the other hand need to lose 45 pounds just to squeeze in, so can I join too?

suuure vic!... come on down!!...the scale is waiting for you!!.....lol....but you need 10 bucks plus a 1 cause you missed the weigh in!!!....hahahahahaahahaha......

honey bunches of oats and 2% milk for breakfast

rolled turkey and swiss cheese with carrots and cucumbers for lunch....

yummy!.... lol anyone got bread??...hahahaha i love carbs!!!!....ugggg

Try some low carb wraps. The ones I ate last week with my lunch are tasty! They are 10 carbs, with 7 grams of fiber which makes them 3 NET carbs per wrap. I love bread too, which is one of my many weakness'! The wraps must of helped me, cause I weighed in on Saturday morning and I was down 2lbs...so sometimes small things make a difference!

thanks msniki.... yea im italian so the pasta and bread are like second nature to me!!!.....just any wrap from anywhere?.... i actually heard wraps were just as bad as the bread, cause if you open the wrap its like twice the size of bread!....lol... yea the not eating bread is the HARDEST!!!.....lol.....

I'll have to look at the brand when I get home. They are like 50 calories for the small, and 70 for the large. I eat the small ones. They are whole wheat, which is better. I think I paid 4.49 for 10 wraps. But because of the fiber in them, they fill you up. I'll message you tomorrow and let you know the brand!!

Good luck!  Three years ago, I lost 65 or 70 lbs (this is one time I like the doctor's scale...).  So, I'm your "biggest" cheerleader.  If *I* can do it, anybody can!!!  Pick a way to eat that you can live with.............forever.  Take that from the queen of all diets...

hahahaha yea cant beat that money ......i think thats what is really motivating everyone....lol....im going to try and stick to it ... i already eat alot of veggies, never any red meat (unless im in a weird mood lol).....im trying to really get my friend going, she is doing it with us but she really needs it the most. she is 23 and about 300 lbs and 5'6 or so... now she thinks she has diabetes so im doing it with her she needs it mroe then i do and i dont want her to feel alone....
