Really?! Man, so far we really like them! Tonight is the 4th DVD.... I understand that we'll rotate through the same 6 DVD's during the 1st 3-week phase, then after a week of rest & stretching, we'll move onto the next DVD's for the harder Phase II and so on....
But so far it has been very do-able. It's pretty easy to modify, it gives you time to do as little or many reps as you can. I don't have the strength to do pull-ups yet, so I was modifying with resistance bands. It's very neat, though, having a different DVD each night - it keeps it new & interesting.
I'll keep ya updated - I'm really excited about the results this could bring!
