As I'm happy about most aspects of life now, I'm less motivated to cut-back on what I enjoy. Of course this is not the way to lose weight ~ I'll give it another shot, only 21 days left to reach the target that I've not really aimed at this time. I know it's nice to feel in good shape, the instant gratification's been what I've been going after, No one to blame but me. Circumstances have conspired to prevent exercising so far this year, but exercise doesn't = weight loss. Only determination to lose it can do it. If you don't eat you can't gain weight, simple as that?Just watch that line drop from now? Good luck to all that manage what they set out to do.
