Measuring inch loss

I use a website called  http://www.weighttracker.info/

I record my weight and blood pressure but also once a week I record my measurements on the 'inch minder'

You measure: neck, chest, abdomen, hips, upper arm, forearm, thigh and calf.

I am amazed today to see I have now lost 16.5" -  despite only losing 5.8lbs

This has given me a HUGE boost.

So far:

Chest - 2.5"
Waist - 4"
Hips -1"
Abdomen - 5"
Upper Arm - 1"
Forearm - 0.5"
Thigh - 1"
Calf - 1"
neck - 0.5"
