today is sunday the 30 th of may and time is 5;37 i just came home about 5pm and went to the dillards mall at high point i did not feel well at alll my back right side got real tight and needed a breathing treatment asap.olor was my actually red instead of yellow i am 0----240 red zone 241---380 yellow zone 381-470 green zone i also did 150 this morning [not good]

oh ok cool. i have asthma also an i use my inhealer. as need are as directeded.
