I was out in the car for 1 hour after two tires went flat after I hit a curb. Even with the a/c on, it was warm in my car, since it was nearly 100 degrees outside at 4:30 pm. To avoid dehydration and heat problems I had to keep sipping water until I finally got home near 7 p.m. I drank 2 1/2 extra cups of water between 4:30 and bedtime today. I found it interesting that in spite of this, I still lost a pound today due to my being out in the heat and sweating...
