I decided today that I am going to set a goal, work towards it and achieve it.
Right now I would be lucky to be able to run 1 mile without collapsing.
My goal is to run the London Marathon in my 40th Year - so in 2013.
So tonight I sit here making myself a training schedual which will kick in as soon as my little one starts school in September.
I am going to need a lot of support along the way so I am counting on all my new friends here to keep me focused and strong.
Along the way I will lose more weight, gain my fitness and confidence and be the woman I know I can be.
