I've been exersising for 2 weeks now, and up to this point I've lost from 173-165, well 166 at the moment, 8 pounds. I didn't do p90x as I should and I ate way too much fat this week, so I lost only 3 pounds this week. And I'm going to Negril tomorrow, I'll try to do as much swimming as I can. And not eat.
