I hate thinking that just eating right alone will get me losing weight. It WON'T. Even though I'm eating right my butt off...(yeah that makes no sense, leave me alone :P) I only lose when I do at least an hour of exersise! Sigh* At least I don't gain. :D

It is hard to exercise at first. After I had my last child  (6 yrs ago) My x husband had an affair and left me when my son was 10 months old. I decided to take charge of my life and get myself in shape and healthy (I had about 10-15lbs to loose). I guess it was about a month into starting an exercise routine befor it started to be just that, a routine. I remember hating to get up early and exercise at first but before long I began looking forward to my exercise time because it was time to focus on doing something for me. I hope exercising becomes more enjoyable for you too. Finding the exercise routine that you enjoy is the key. I started doing walking aroebics; just a half hour a day to start, and then I worked up to 1 1/2 hrs a day and felt great. Now while I'm pregnant I do 1/2 hr every second day or so if not then I try to walk for an hour or swim. I'm not as regular now that I'm farther along but I sure do notice when I've slipped up and not been active for a few days.
