So I have the pain in my abdomen again, for the 2nd day in a row. It's giving me anxiety even though I know that it shouldn't. It's probably nothing. It came before and went away, and I'm sure it will do so again. But I can't shake it off. It DOES make me nervous. But I will try to let it go. Because I know that whenever I allow myself to relax about one thing, another rises up to take its place. I think that is what's happening right now.
