Vitamin D Deficiency

gluten sensitivity

Well it's been awhile since I came on here and updated anything: my results from the parathyroid test came back normal so my vitamin D issues aren't from that.  I have 2 more months to go with the 50,000 IU once a week before being retested, maybe it'll come up with so much D in my system.  This is what I'm hoping.

On another note: I have decided that I am going to do another round with hcg, except I am going to use the drops since they are so much cheaper.  Once I finished my 1st round and slowly added back in gluten foods I gained some weight back, but not all of it thank goodness!  I really need to stay away from gluten but I guess I haven't learned my lesson yet.  Once I start my next round and wean myself off of it again, I am going to set myself up to stay gluten free by preparing my kitchen before I finish my round of the drops and set myself up for success! :-)  I feel that I am really "addicted" to gluten foods....I crave them all the time.  But my health is more important to me than eating bread and cake loaded with gluten.  I can have delicious alternatives if I still even want to eat those types of foods once I switch.  It might just be best to avoid most carbs lol.  I'm not sure when I'll start my next round, but it will be soon!  I'll be sure to post when I start for anyone interested in following my progress.
