lots of racing thoughts lately. so many things I want to do but having a hard time concentrating enough to do it.
running is going well, can go 60-75 min w/o stopping.
want to continue working on my running, and try to lose weight. not super overweight but I don't look how I used to and how I want to and my last relationship hurt my self esteem a lot re: my appearance. I want to look the way I want to look and be careful re: nutrition and portion control.
also need to job hunt and look into school application
and write!!!! attention span is crappy and makes that hard but I need to make myself do it anyway.
wrote part of a book review today and need to keep up putting time and focus into my writing
